The purpose of air sealing is to reduce the leakage of cold outside air into the house in winter or hot outside air into the building in the summer. Old draughty buildings are not only uncomfortable by they are also very costing to heat and cool.

This procedure is carefully undertaken to ensure that the overall air quality within the building is not compromised.
